Honest Appliance is a family owned and operated business in Nazareth, PA. Our company is fully licensed and insured. Our technicians are experienced and certified to take care of all your appliance needs. Our technicians are all background screened, driver record screened, and drug tested by a third party company to ensure your safety. We also wear identifiable uniforms along with wearing booties in the home and are provided floor shields to do all we can to protect your home and leave it in better shape than when we got there.
How does this all work? When you reach out to us we will gather all your basic information in a call sheet. Like who is having the issue and where we will be going and what number to call on the way over. We will also ask for your model and serial number of the unit needing service along with what the problem is your having. This is an important information for us for multiple reasons. We need to be able to verify what you have can be serviced along with if parts are available and to pre-screen your call prior to us coming out. This way we can come prepared with the correct parts you may need and can hopefully get your appliance fixed in the first trip.
how it all works
What does it cost?
What does it cost? We try to keep our pricing simple to make it easy for a customer to know where they may stand before we even come out. We charge a flat rate service fee that covers the trip to the house, as many trips as we need to make, all the diagnostics, and labor along with a 90 day guarantee on all of our work. That fee is 169.95. The only other charge is for any parts you may need if you need any parts. Some jobs may be more involved then others and may carry a higher flat rate fee this is in only some situations and you will be told if this may apply to you prior.
